What do we do?

At Axe & Dagger Fitness we will coach you in Strength and Conditioning using functional movements.

Our classes start with a warm up followed by a strength or skilled based section, and finish with a high intensity workout.

We incorporate Kettlebells, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Running, Rowing and Cycling. Our classes are suitable for people of all abilities, as all workouts can be scaled according to your fitness level.

Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or have never stepped foot in a gym before, our programming will get you fitter, stronger and healthier than ever.
